Day 1
On arrival at Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Srinagar. After check-in, the day is kept free for rest and light sightseeing at your own pace.
You may choose to visit the Srinagar Tulip Garden, spread across nearly 30 acres along Dal Lake, known for its vibrant seasonal blooms and panoramic views. Later, you can visit Chashme Shahi, a historic Mughal garden built in 1632, famous for its natural spring believed to have medicinal properties. A short visit to the Botanical Garden, home to a wide variety of ornamental plants, can also be planned before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Gulmarg. You will be dropped at the Gulmarg Union Cab Stand, from where local sightseeing is done using union cabs.
Popular attractions include the Gulmarg Gondola, one of the highest cable car rides in the world, offering sweeping views of snow-clad peaks and alpine landscapes. You can also visit Drung Waterfall, known for its cascading waters and scenic surroundings. After completing sightseeing, return to the Union Cab Stand on your own and board your transfer back to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Post breakfast, depart for Sonamarg and get dropped at the Sonamarg Pony Ride Parking. From here, you can opt for a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier, a scenic area surrounded by snowfields and mountain streams.
Adventure seekers may also choose white-water rafting on the Sindh River (optional and at additional cost), known for its clear waters and thrilling rapids. After spending time in Sonamarg, return to the pony stand and proceed back to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Check out from the Srinagar hotel and drive towards Pahalgam, a charming town set along the Lidder River. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax for a while.
Later, head to the Pahalgam Union Cab Stand to hire a local cab (at own cost) for sightseeing. Visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari, each known for open meadows, river views, and mountain backdrops. Optional river rafting at Lidder River can also be planned before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Srinagar. On arrival, begin sightseeing with visits to the famous Mughal Gardens, admired for their landscaped terraces and floral layouts. Stop at Badam Wari Park, especially popular during almond blossom season.
Continue to Nishat Bagh, offering scenic views of Dal Lake and the Zabarwan range. Later, visit the Shankaracharya Temple, followed by time at Lal Chowk Market for shopping. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful shikara ride on Dal Lake before checking into your houseboat for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed to Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport for your onward journey. The tour concludes with memorable moments from your Srinagar holiday.
