Terms and Conditions
- A person below 12 years of age for the entire duration of the tour will be considered a child.
- As a third person in a triple room, most hotels provide rollaway beds, and the room size will be the same as that of a double room.
- Tours will operate subject to all applicable Government of India, Reserve Bank of India, and destination country regulations.
- All local taxes, entrance fees, and services are calculated as of 1st October 2021. Any increase in local taxes, entry tickets, or services shall be borne by the traveler or agent.
- All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees, as specified in the itinerary, will be provided by an air-conditioned coach.
- Due to limited luggage space in the coach, passengers are advised to carry only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person.
- Services of a professional Tour Manager or local representatives will be provided during the tour.
- On certain occasions, passengers may be required to join another group if the original group does not meet the minimum required number.
- A local representative or coach driver may assist passengers only during the initial part of the tour in certain destinations.
- Land surcharges may apply on selected departure dates and will be informed accordingly.
- If any sightseeing or excursion is closed due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, alternate sightseeing of similar value will be arranged wherever possible.
- Kindly note that on certain departure dates, the tour routing may change or the itinerary may operate in reverse. However, all sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will be covered unless closed due to a holiday or unavoidable circumstances.
- In case of inordinate delays, strict driving laws, or operational constraints, packed dinners may be provided on certain days.
- In case of any increase in taxes or levies in Europe, the tour price will be revised accordingly and shall be justified.
- House of Travellers reserves the right to claim from passengers any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coaches, cruises, or other services.
- House of Travellers reserves the right to change or amend any itinerary for operational reasons or due to force majeure events such as weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, war, quarantine, or any circumstances beyond control.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, or irregularity occurring during the tour due to reasons beyond its control. All such losses or expenses shall be borne by the passenger.
- Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India and Government of India regulations.
- The tour cost is payable in EURO and shall be adjusted against the passenger’s applicable Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) entitlement.
