- A person below 12 years of age for the entire duration of the tour will be considered a child
- Triple room accommodation will be provided using rollaway beds; room size may be the same as a double room
- Tours operate subject to Government of India, Reserve Bank of India, and destination country regulations
- All local taxes, entrance fees, and services are calculated as per rates applicable on 1st October 2023
- Any increase in local taxes, entrance fees, or service costs will be borne by the passenger
- All transfers and sightseeing (as specified) will be conducted in air-conditioned coaches
- Passengers are advised to carry one check-in bag and one hand bag per person due to limited luggage space
- Services of a tour manager or local representative will be provided as per itinerary
- Group tours may be merged with another group if minimum operating strength is not achieved
- A local representative or coach driver may assist during the initial part of the tour only
- Land surcharges may apply on certain departure dates and will be informed in advance
- If any sightseeing or excursion is closed, an alternative will be arranged where possible
- Tour routing or sequence may change, including reverse itinerary operation, without missing included sightseeing
- In case of long travel hours or delays due to driving regulations, packed meals may be provided

- House of Travellers reserves the right to recover additional expenses caused by delays or changes in transport schedules
